A full Home inspection usually takes a minimum of 2.5 hours. This allows plenty of time to make sure that each and every item is addressed. Some larger homes or homes with an unusual number of concerns may take longer.

Sewer scopes usually take about 1/2 hour when scheduled with an inspection and typically an hour when scheduled as a stand alone service.
